Q: Are you a trader or manufacturer? 
A: We are a manufacturer. We mainly produce carbon steel ,stainless steel  gate valves, globe valves, check valves, butterfly valves, ball vavles etc.


Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 2-7 days if the goods are in stock. For large quantity, as usual, it can be sent out within 10-40 days. 
    Small parcel will be dispatched by  T /T   DHL, LC.
    Big cargo will be delivered by Air freight or By Sea. 

Q: Do you provide samples?
A: We can provide  free  samples , but you need pay freight.  We will choose the shipping way as you required: By sea, by air or by express.


Q: What about OEM products? 
A: We will finish the production within 30-40 days after payment has been confirmed. 
   We will choose the delivery way as you required: by sea, by air or by express. 

Q: Can you produce the products according to my own drawings?
A: Yes, we can produce the products according to your drawings that will be most satisfy you.
